Decision

The Director of Public Health agreed to award
a contract to Care Communities, Housing, and Environment; and West
Yorkshire Integrated Care Board for the initial 3 year contract
period, a total of £3,601,835 if the extension is fully
utilised which will be subject to a separate decision at the
appropriate time.
