Decision

The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds
awarded a new framework contract and call-off order to Commercial
Vehicle Auctions Limited for the provision of auction services for
vehicles, plant and machinery equipment for a contract period of 4
years commencing on 15th September 2023 to 14thSeptember 2027 and
recognised that Appendix B – Rebate Price Evaluation should
be designated exempt from publication in accordance with
information procedure rule 10.4(3).
