The Chief Officer Asset Management and
Regeneration has -

a) Declared the subject site surplus to Council requirements.

b) Approved the disposal of the subject site adjacent to Well Lane,
Yeadon, Leeds, LS19 7ER as detailed on the terms within the
confidential appendix.
