Decision

The Chief Officer CEL approved the appointment
of the following Contractors to the LBS demolition framework from
1st September 2023 for an initial period of 2 years with the option
to extend 2 x 12 months extension:oConnell BrothersoFrank
O’Gara & Sons LtdoF Hardwick Ltd•To note that the
anticipated annual expenditure will be £1million per annum,
therefore the total value of the agreement, including extension
will be approximately £4million over 4 years.
