Decision

The Chief Digital and Information Officer
approved a direct award through Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation
(YPO) a contract to Access UK Ltd for the support & maintenance
of Mosaic, for the period 29th October 2023 – 28th October
2026.
The cost of making a direct award of the contract for this period
is £203350.04 till 28 October 2026.
The decision to award the contract is being taken on technical
grounds as Mosaic is fully embedded into the Council’s
systems and can only continue to be supported and maintained by
Access UK Ltd.
During this time the Council will complete a review to assess the
feasibility of moving the Mosaic from on premise to hosted onto the
cloud in line with the Government and corporate ‘Cloud
First’ principle.
