The Chief Officer, Civic Enterprise Leeds
approved the following variations to the supply of general building
materials contract 55986:

1. Planned kitchens materials to Stark Building Materials UK
Limited (trading as Jewson Partnership Solutions). This is a
retrospective variation
commencing from 1st July 2023 for a period of 2 years with the
option to
extend for up to 2 x 12 months. The estimated value of this
variation is
£485,000 per annum or £1.940m over 4 years.

2. Planned bathroom and adaptation materials to Stark Building
Materials UKLimited (trading as Jewson Partnership Solutions). This
is a retrospective variation commencing from 1st July 2023 for a
period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to 2 x 12
months. The estimated value of this variation is £333,000 per
annum or £1.332m over 4 years
