The Chief Officer of Asset Management and
Regeneration has approved:

a) The award of a contract under lot 6, of the Estate Management
Professional Services Framework to Gateley Hamer Ltd.

b) The Contract will be flexible, and work will be instructed on a
case-by-case basis, with a fixed fee agreed, in accordance with
tendered day rates for each instruction we provide. We estimate the
value of work to be up to £50k per annum for the duration of
the Contract. The Contract will be for 4 years with the opportunity
of one 12-month extension.
