The Director of City Development:
a) Approved Authority to Spend of £377,440 for the design of
new council homes at the Burley Willows site in Burley to enable a
planning application to be submitted.
b) Approved the appointment of NPS Leeds Ltd via the Joint Venture
Agreement already in place with the Council to undertake the
design.
