The Director of City Development decided
to:
a) Accept the Adult Education Budget (AEB) Conditions of Funding
agreement from WYCA for a devolved AEB grant allocation to the
Council of £2,290,124 for Academic Year 2023-24 adult
learning activities in the period 1 August 2023 to 31 July
2024
b) Authorise the Council to sign and seal and return the physical
agreement to WYCA
c) Authorise the Council to spend WYCA AEB funding on the Council
adult learning programme, including programme staff and tutors, MIS
infrastructure and online platforms, direct learning delivery as
well as subcontracted learning delivery
