The Interim Director of Adults and Health
has:-

Approved the Council entering into a Section 256 funding agreement
with NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board to receive the
£137,000 of external funding to deliver the DSCR project on
behalf of the partnership covering from April 6th, 2023, to 5th
April 2024.

Approved carrying out a grant application process to distribute
£126,000 from the Section 256 funding received. The remainder
of £11,000 will contribute towards some of the
Council’s staffing costs in relation to the running of the
project.

Noted the proposed use of the funding as set out in this report and
authorised the Adults and Health Transformation Team to manage the
funding to deliver the DSCR project as set out and in compliance
with the Section 256 funding agreement requirements.
