The Deputy Director approved the contents of a
report regarding a care plan in respect of a person with complex
needs, the individual cost of which is £171,555.84 per annum.
It is considered in the public interest that information contained
in the report is exempt from publication as it relates to a
vulnerable citizen of the City and the actions and the actions
being taken to enable that person to live independently in a safe
environment. This is a new support plan, DT - A S.117 & TCP
Funding Outcome form was completed. It was agreed by the panel that
this is an LD - S117 case whereby Leeds L/A pay 100% of Care Fees
from ASC’s LD pooled budget and will set up a Cross Charge
with Leeds ICB to recoup their agreed weekly 80% Split
Contribution.
