Decision

a) The Director of Children and Families
grants approval to allocate £522,083.83 of S106 contributions
paid by the housing developers of Churchfields Boston Spa -
£216,000 against school improvement works at St Mary’s
C of E Primary School, Boston Spa and £306,083.83 against the
costs of the permanent expansion of St Edward’s Catholic
Primary School, Boston Spa.

b) Note that at its April meeting, the Good Learning Places Board
supported the use of the Churchfields Boston Spa S106 contributions
towards school improvement works at St Mary’s C of E Primary
School and the costs of the permanent expansion of St
Edward’s Catholic Primary School.
