Decision

The Chief Officer, Service Transformation and
Partnerships approved the use of regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public
Contracts Regulations 2015 to modify the contract with Randstad
Public Services Ltd for a one-to-one tuition service for children
and young people who are currently looked after by Leeds (DN367848)
by modifying the end date from 31/08/2023 by up to 12 months to
31/08/2024 at a maximum value of £150,000, increasing the
total contract value to up to £750,000.
