Decision

The Head of Asset Management has declared the
former Beckett Park Community Centre and former Queenswood Drive
Daycare Centre surplused to corporate requirements. Approval has
also been granted for the buildings to be demolished with Authority
to spend of £135,00 being granted to undertake the demolition
works including utility disconnections and stripping back of
services to the site boundary, all necessary surveys and grubbing
up all handstanding.
