Decision

The Chief Digital and Information Officer
approved the use of Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contract
Regulations 2015 – Negotiated Procedure without prior
publication of a Contract Notice - and award a contract directly to
UST Global Ltd for the continued provision of specialist technical
resources to support delivery of several major change initiatives.
The contract will commence on the 1st August 2023 for a period of
12 months. The total cost of the contract is
£175,000.
