Purpose

Acceptance of further a one-year funding grant from the DfE to continue the implementation of the Staying Close Model for Care Leavers. This decision is key to ensure the continuity of a critical and specialist service to Leeds most vulnerable care leavers by offering intensive support from a team created from the original funding stream received for 24/25 an again for 25/26.
