Purpose

 Leeds Building Services (LBS) are looking to undertake a below-threshold competitive procedure to establish a framework for the delivery of Demolition Services, city wide.

The proposed framework ensures that Leeds Building Services can respond efficiently to structural risks across the city.

Establishing a compliant framework will improve operational responsiveness and enable the Council to plan demolition activity.

The contractual arrangements are expected to commence on 1st September 2027 for a period of two years, with the option to extend for 2 additional 12-month periods. This exercise will replace the
