Housing Leeds is seeking Authority to Spend (ATS) for £54m.

This is for the annual element of the 2026/27 Capital Investment Programme which includes:

- Standard lifecycle replacement work such as kitchens, bathrooms, and heating

- Adaptations

- Capitalised maintenance work

HRA footpaths & unadopted highways improvements

The decision maker intends to approve the recommendations set out in the report attached with effect from the decision date.
