Purpose

Leeds Building Services (LBS) are looking to undertake a below-threshold competitive procedure to establish a closed framework for the delivery of Fire Risk Assessments and associated works for housing and non-housing properties city-wide. The proposal is to appoint up to 2 contractors to a 3-year closed framework with the option to extend by 1 further period of 12 months (3+1). The estimated value of the contract is up to £350,000 per annum (or up to £1.4m should the extension be utilised).
