Purpose

To undertake a procurement exercise via the Highways Minor Framework to secure a contractor to construct one highway and four public realm schemes across Morley as part of the Morley Town Deal.  These include Commercial Street, Queen Street Pedestrianised Area, Station Road, Town Square and Queen Street.

The decision maker has approved the recommendations as set out in the attached report with effect from the decision date.
