Purpose

Leeds Building Services (LBS) are looking to undertake a below threshold competitive procedure to establish a contract to deliver Housing Glazing in the South & East of the city and glazing for Non-Housing buildings across the city.

It is proposed that the contract will be split into 2 lots. Lot 1a – 1 Contractor for Housing split over the responsive areas 1 to 5.

Lot 1b – 1 Contractor for Housing split over the responsive areas 6 to 9.

Lot 2 – 1 Contractor for Non-Housing to cover the whole of the city

The proposed contract will provide the ability to allow LBS to respond to any glazing needs as required both planned and responsive.

The contractual arrangements are expected to commence October 2026 for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 months. This will replace the current contract which has expired.
