Purpose

Approval is sought for the appointment of a construction partner to complete pre-construction activities to the end of RIBA Stage 4 and a consultant service to provide Project Management, Technical Advisory and Quantity Surveying services, to assure LCC interests during the design and delivery of a new build mid-rise Council housing scheme at the Highways.

Each separate appointment will have an anticipated total cost in the range of £3m - £4m.
