Purpose

Leeds Building Services (LBS) are looking to undertake a below-threshold competitive procedure to appoint two contractors to support with the delivery of Responsive Plastering Works city-wide on domestic properties.

The proposed contract will commence late 2026 and will be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

Decision

The decision maker intends to approve the recommendations set out in the report attached with effect from the decision date.
