Purpose

The Department for Education (DfE) has made available grant funding of £780,000 for 2026/27 for continued delivery and expansion of the FamilyConnect Service.

This grant will contribute to a new contract to Family Action (PAC-UK), partially funded by existing Adoption England delivery grant for 2026/27. The per annum value of the contract will be £1,105,000. The total value of the contract including extension options will be £3,315,000. The extensions are subject to funding being available in 2027/28 and 2028/29.

This contract award meets the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023.
