Purpose

The decision is to seek approval of a Community Asset Transfer of:

1.  Ebor Gardens Community Centre 25-year full repairing and insuring lease at less-than-best terms; and

2.  Mandela Centre 50-year full repairing and insuring lease at less-than-best terms.

The decision also recommends the approval of final terms for each lease to be delegated to the Director of City Development.
