The Chief Officer for Civic Enterprise Leeds approved the award of a new framework agreement for the provision of vehicle bodywork repairs to Archbold Carshop Limited and Pelican Engineering Company (Sales) Limited for a period of four (4) years commencing on 22 September 2026 to 21 September 2030. The value of the framework is circa £800,000 for the 4-year period. The annual expenditure is £200,000.
