Decision

The Director Communities, Environment, Housing and Health approved the following recommendations, as detailed in the report provided:

1. A Connection Agreement with the Secretary of State for Education for the connection of Mount St Mary’s High School to the Leeds PIPES network, for a term of twenty years.

2. A Supply Agreement with the Governing Body of Mount St Mary’s Catholic High School for the same connection, for a term of twenty years.

3. Awarding of a contract to Vital Energi Utilities Ltd for the design and build of the connection to Mount St Mary’s High School to the value noted in Confidential Appendix 1. Appendix 1 is excluded from publication for reasons detailed at paragraph 25, in line with the Local Government Act 1972.
