Decision

The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds approved provision of ad-hoc transport services during the 2026/27 academic year. The requirement is for transport services to be commissioned on an as-needed basis to support operational demands and ensure continuity of service delivery where transport provision is required.
The proposed arrangement will operate from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 and will be used to procure transport services for individuals requiring assistance in accordance with the Authority's statutory responsibilities and operational requirements.
