Purpose

Decisions consequential to the monitoring of
expenditure in 2025/26 (if any) or to achieve the 2026/27
budget.

Decision

To approve the use of £2.2m of HRA
reserves for repair and maintenance work and deliver on the
requirements coming out of the recent inspection by the Regulator
of Social Housing (para 10.6).

Reasons for the decision

The City Mayor and Overview Select Committee
receive a report on the forecast revenue budget position regularly
throughout the year, as well as this outturn report at the end of
the year. These decisions are consequential to the monitoring
exercise.
