The Deputy City Mayor - Housing, Economy, and Neighbourhoods approved the variation to the Dog Exclusion Public Spaces Protection Order to include new areas and extended the Dog Control PSPOs for Dog Fouling, Dogs on Leads, and Dog Exclusion Zones for three years from 1 December 2025 to 30 November 2028. This decision was made on 29 October 2025.

The Assistant City Mayor - Children and Young People approved the new Post 16 Transport Policy Statement for the 2026 – 2027 Academic Year on 1 May 2026. This policy sets out arrangements for transport assistance to young people and adult learners in education or training.
