The City Mayor decided to approve the disposal of 344 Harrison Road, Leicester, LE4 7AB on a one-to-one basis to the neighbouring freeholder for £132,500 on 11 March 2026. The decision included approving the addition of £132,500 to the HRA capital programme for dwelling acquisitions. The City Barrister and Head of Standards Division will prepare and execute all necessary documentation.
