Purpose

To note the change to the
current Armed Forces Covenant arrangements and to agree to sign the
updated Armed Forces Covenant.

Content

(1) That the pledges outlined
by the ‘Eastbourne Borough Council Armed Forces
Covenant’ document are agreed.
 
(2) That the Council’s
Armed Forces Champion, Cllr Candy Vaughan, attends the formal
signing ceremony (potentially planned for Summer 2024) and signs
the Covenant on behalf of Eastbourne Borough Council
