Purpose

This report is covering a
review and update of the Eastbourne CIL Governance for the
Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy Portion. Decision is
being sought over the approach to the spending of the Neighbourhood
CIL which has been collected from development in the Eastbourne
Borough.
