re-rating visits for food businesses under the Food Hygiene
Rerating Scheme.

Content

To introduce a fee, as proposed
in the report to revisit a food business under the Food Hygiene
Rating Scheme when requested by the business and where there is no
statutory requirement to provide a re-inspection.  The fee will be on a full cost recovery basis and
implemented from 1 April 2025.
