Newhaven Business Grants Programme Grant Funding Agreements and
Deed of Variations (Non-Key decision).

To approve the revisions to the Newhaven Business
Grants Programme authorisation process, as set out section 3 of the
Leader report.
 
2)   
To substitute the Cabinet’s resolution from 11
Nov 2021 with the revised process.
