(Key
decision):
 
(1) To note the current
position regarding land and property assets at the North Street
Quarter (NSQ), including consideration of the options for enabling
the comprehensive redevelopment of the NSQ.
 
(2) To authorise the Director
of Regeneration and Planning, in consultation with the Leader of
the Council, Director of Finance and Performance, and Head of Legal
Services, subject to full financial and legal due diligence, to
take all necessary steps to facilitate comprehensive redevelopment
of the site including key strategic infrastructure (as further
detailed in the exempt Appendix 1, para. 7.2).
