Purpose

To provide an update on the
progress of the Community Wealth Building programme. To also
approve application for Living Wage Accreditation and committing to
pay all staff Real Living Wage.

To note the progress made in delivering Community Wealth
Building.
 
2)   
To delegate authority to the Director of Finance and Performance to
apply for Lewes Distrct Council to become a living wage employer
and commit to paying Real Living Wage to all staff (see paragraph
2.11-2.18 of the Cabinet report).
