To repledge the affiliation between the Borough of
Eastbourne and HMS Puncher.

To delegate authority to the Assistant Director
– People and Governance to finalise the Memorandum of
Understanding, in consultation with the Leader of the Council,
Mayor of Eastbourne, Armed Forces Covenant Champion and HMS
Puncher, prior to a re-signing ceremony taking place.
