To provide an update on the
Council’s financial performance, revenue budgets and capital
programme to the end of quarter 2 2025/2026 and explain the impact
on the current financial position.

To delegate authority to the Director of Finance and Performance
and the Cabinet Member for Finance, Assets and Community Wealth
Building to apply the required budget virements to support
