deliver a presentation to the Cabinet on the interim medium term
financial strategy position of the authority.

To note the updated Medium Term Financial Strategy
(MTFS) forecasts and the requirement to continue with its
commitment to delivering proposed and planned efficiency savings
for the period 2026/27 to 2029/30.

To note that this forecast could change based upon
Government funding settlement announcements and demand for services
and pressures upon the Council.
3)   
To note that at this stage and considering the
assumptions for contingencies a forecast £1.543m of savings
are required to balance the 2026/27 budget.

planned annual review of earmarked reserves which aims to
