 Recommended to Full Council (Budget and policy
framework):
 
1)   
That Cabinet endorses the revised timetable, as set
out in the updated Local Development Scheme, for the preparation of
the Lewes Local Plan (i.e. for the planning authority area outside
the South Downs National Park), and recommends that Full Council
approves it and agrees for it to come into effect the day after the
Full Council meeting and to be published on the Council’s
website.

 
2)   
That delegated authority is given to the Chief
Executive in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning and
Infrastructure to make minor and presentational updates to the
Local Development Scheme (LDS) where necessary.
