Purpose

To update Members on provisional outturn for 2025/26.

Decision

(Key Decision):

1)      To note the final outturn position for 2025/26 and the associated financial risks and pressures.

2)      To delegate authority to the Director of Finance and Performance and the portfolio holder for finance to apply the required budget virements to support effective management of the overall budget.

3)      To note Appendices 1 to 3 to the Cabinet Report.
