Purpose

To present the draft Private Sector Housing Enforcement Policy for approval to include the provisions of the Renters Rights Act.

2. To delegate authority to the Director of Housing, Assets and Development, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and Homelessness, to finalise and implement the Policy.
