About
The Shared Revenues and Benefits Joint Committee oversees the shared service responsible for revenues and benefits for the participating councils. It approves and monitors the annual service delivery plan, budget, and annual report. The committee also sets performance targets, approves staffing changes, and can establish sub-committees to which it may delegate specific functions. It has the power to recommend amendments to its own terms of reference or the councils' constitutions.
