Purpose

This report sets out recommendations for Executive to endorse and Council to approve;
- Variation to Part 3 - Responsibility for Functions of the Council’s Constitution
- Changes to Probity in Planning, Site Visit Code and Protocol on Public speaking of the Council’s Constitution
- Other minor amendments

To reflect significant statutory changes to the planning system, particularly the introduction of the National Scheme of Delegation (NSoD), revised limits on Planning Committee size and accredited training.
