Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way Sub-Committee

The Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way Sub-Committee comprises of seven councillors, who represent the political balance of the Council.   The Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way Sub-Committee function is to consider appeals by applicants who have applied to the County Council to modify the Definitive Rights of Way Map and Statement for Public Rights of Way, in relation to the priority order in which officers will deal with such applications for Orders.   The meetings are usually held as and when necessary at County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YL (unless otherwise stated).  The meetings are generally open to the public, unless otherwise specified.
