Decision
RESOLVED – That in relation to the Changes to previously agreed SIF Projects:
(a) The material changes to the Gather project delivered by Form indicated in paragraphs 3.2 to 3.6 of the report and the extension of time for completion from 31 March 2026 to 31 March 2027 be approved; and
(b) The immaterial changes made to the Strategic Investment Fund projects as detailed in paragraph 3.7 of the report be noted.
