Purpose
To seek approval of the adoption of the Local Area Retrofit Accelerator (LARA) Housing Retrofit Strategy.
Decision
RESOLVED – That in relation to the Local Area Retrofit Accelerator Strategy:
(a) The adoption of the Local Area Retrofit Accelerator (LARA) Strategy as outlined in this report and contained in Appendix 1 be approved; and
(b) Delegated authority be granted to the Executive Director of Investment and Delivery in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and Strategic Planning to implement the actions in the Strategy.
