Decision

For the reasons set out in the report, the
Corporate Director has approved the proposed sale for the sum of
£38,500 (thirty-eight thousand five hundred pounds) plus
surveyor’s fees and legal costs totalling £1,350 to be
paid to the Council.

Alternative options considered

1.1         
The Council does not have the option of selling its freehold
reversionary interest to any other party as this is a statutory
sale to a qualifying tenant.
