Purpose

To provide Cabinet with an update on the
Section 75 Framework Partnership Agreement as well as the
arrangements for the Better Care Fund (BCF) between NHS Cheshire
and Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB), Liverpool Place and
Liverpool City Council (LCC) for the year 2025-2026 relating to the
commissioning of health and social care services. The report also
provides an overview of BCF end of year performance for
2024/25.
